Climate change is one of the most serious environmental problems the world faces. Floods, storms and droughts here in the UK and across the world show clearly how vulnerable we are to climate extremes and how high the human, environmental and economic cost can be. Some climate change is now inevitable, but the worst effects can be avoided if action is taken now to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. IPRSTART have access to funds that predominately seek positions to finance opportunities that have addressed the Kyoto protocol principles.
